I can agree with your assessment of “special needs,” but I’m guilty of the superpower remarks. I need to find something positive about it. As newly diagnosed (within past six months), I’ve been trying to process my past relationships, and I’ve come to realize that some folks took advantage of my difficulty with ambiguity in relationships. Are there other things that may pop up for the newly diagnosed?
